6 good habits that can change your life

Ever heard of the saying practice makes perfect, well it applies here too, even if you are
not born with it you can learn it till it becomes a part and parcel of you. Here are six good habits that can change your life for good.

1. Be on a budget: successful people have the habit of minding the way they spend money. Some people when they get money it gets out of control in their hands. That's when they want to buy all the springroll, pizza, burger, shawarma, icecream, they spend it at a go and become a dangerous mess, left with nothing.

2. Plan your day: for you to be successful you have to plan your day effectively, yes o if you fail to plan you plan to fail, you can make use of to-do lists, calenders to schedule your time for various activities for the day like exercise, cooking, house keeping and leisure to help you manage your time.

3. Drink lots of water: what would we do without water, water has so many benefits like more energy, better digestion, detoxification of the body and so on. Forming the habit of drinking a glass of water or more can help fuel the body. It is recommended that we take 8 glass of water everyday and most importantly water is free, so grab a bottle of water and thank me later.

6. Rising up early: early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy and strong, the most effective time when your brain is active is in the morning, everything is on a clean slate, it gives you time to get started on achieving everything programmed for the day, for you to be more productive and address issues you have to be an early riser to keep you more organised.
